12 Reliable Online Shoes Shopping Websites in Turkey

Many online websites sell shoes in Turkey. Yet, Turkish brands can be confusing without local knowledge.

If you are looking for online shopping websites used by thousands of Turkish people. You are in the right place.

As a Turkish local, I will answer all your questions and online shoe shopping in Turkey and Turkish shoe brands.

I only listed the websites that I know are reliable. I used all these websites at least once in my lifetime.

Here is a quick summary of the online shopping websites where you can buy shoes in Turkey. You can also find a more detailed review of each website further down in this article.

Online shopping websites with a massive collection of shoes are Trendyol, N11, Ciceksepeti, Amazon, Boyner, and Hepsiburada. They are all Internet marketplaces where you can find many shoe brands. 

Trendyol is the women’s favorite for shoes among these shopping websites. Trendyol has all well-known brands, good customer relations, and an easy product return policy. 

Flo and Deichman are the two biggest shoe retail chains in Turkey. These retail shoe stores offer many well-known brands with budget prices.

Derimod and Divarese offer high-quality shoes and are very well-known shoe brands in Turkey. 

Tozlu is an online website that sells shoes with no brand. Tozlu delivers to all countries, and they provide a unique opportunity for wholesale or dropshipping of shoe products.

Lastly, there’s Etsy. If you are looking for something handmade, unique, or vintage, you should check Etsy. But, it is expensive compared to Turkish prices, and you must pay for international orders shipping.

The biggest problem for foreigners in Turkey when shopping online is the language barrier. Most of the shopping sites do not have English language support.

1. Trendyol

Known for: Widest product range of products for shoes, biggest Turkish online shopping website.

English Support: Trendyol recently opened a multilanguage website (including English and German languages)

If you want to buy shoes of any kind, I recommend Trendyol. Trendyol is the most popular and well-known shopping website in Turkey. 

Trendyol has the most shoe variety among other Turkish online shopping websites. When writing this post, I checked Trendyol’s shoe inventory, and Trendyol had nearly a million types of shoes on sale.

I mostly use Trendyol, but I did not want to limit this post only to my experience.

When preparing this review, I also asked at least 50 Turkish women around me for their experiences. Nearly all of them stated that they shop from Trendyol.

The most significant advantage of Trendyol is its customer service. All the people that I asked said that

• Trendyol provides the easiest-to-reach customer service.
• They love the simple and easy return policy. You can return any products that you do not like.

2. N11

Known For: Diverse collection of shoes

N11 is still one of the industry leaders in online shopping websites. This website has been operating since 2013.

N11 is also famous for its wide variety of shoes, and you can find more than 400.000 shoes listed on the website for women, men, and children. 

I usually buy my hardware products from N11, and I haven’t had any problems so far.

Still, I would say the other competing websites have a better user experience. Also, check the vendor score before you finish your shopping.

3. Ciceksepeti

Known for: Shoes, Watches, Accessories, flowers, and gifts

English Support: You should use google translate to operate this website.

Before Trendyol, I used Ciceksepeti for most of the fashion products I bought as gifts. Ciceksepeti has a wide selection of shoes. You can find many options for both women’s and men’s shoes.

If you wish to buy anything as a gift, you should check this website. Ciceksepeti was created for unique gift items. Ciceksepeti resembles Etsy in some ways.

4. Amazon Turkey

Known for its international reputation

Amazon is one of the best in the world. Yet, Amazon Turkey is a newcomer in Turkey.

Amazon Turkey is becoming a vast online marketplace with a good variety of shoes. When writing this post, there were 100.000 shoes listed on this website.

Although my personal favorite when buying Turkish clothes online, is Trendyol, Amazon is a fierce competitor.

The best part of Amazon is the easiest signup process.

5. Hepsiburada

Known For 2nd biggest online shopping website in Turkey

Hepsiburada has long been a well-known shopping website in Turkey since 1998. This website contains more than 30 million products.

Hepsiburada is older than other shopping websites on this list. They have a massive variety of shoes like Trendyol. Yet, I personally do not like how they handle their sellers and customers.

Known for: Accessories, limited variety but above average quality items.

Boyner is a well-known and established website. Boyner is also a fashion company that directly sells its brands and many other famous brands. This website has a limited but good selection of shoes.

Boyner is also the distributor of many famous international brands in Turkey, like Tommy Hilfiger and Pierre Cardin.

You do not need to check the seller’s score on this shopping website. The products listed are all selected and sold by Boyner directly.

7. Derimod

Known For: It is one of the best in leather boots, bags, shoes, and other leather products.

English Language Support: This website supports the English language.

Turkey is one of the world’s leading producers of leather fashion, and Derimod is the leading Turkish brand and retail chain in the leather fashion category.

Derimod offers top-quality products and shoes. Derimod also has 110 retail stores in Turkey. 

I love and use their shoes frequently. They are very durable, and Derimod also offers casual designs as well as formal leather shoe designs.

Divarese started as an Italian shoe brand and became a Turkish brand in 2010. Derimod offers top-quality shoes with a wide range collection.

Besides casual shoes, George Hogg’s shoes produced by Divarese are one of the best examples of English Oxford style shoes.

A pair of classical George Hogg shoes require 50 hours of handwork to finish, and as a regular user, I can attest that they are very durable.
